HIGH PROTEIN SUMMER MIX PROVIDES MAXIMUM RESULTS IN THE FALL
"I used the Niess Deer and Elk feed all last year.  I chose this feed because I wanted the whole roasted soybeans, corn, and oats along with the high protein pellet and the proper mineral mix.  I was also looking for the fat content that the summer mix had.

I was very happy with the results.  The deer were all in very nice condition when winter rolled around and that is important to me in Northern Minnesota.

My bucks did very well.  I grew a yearling Tonto son estimated 180" and another yearling at 110" I had one 2 year old at 173 and two 3 year olds that made 183" very typical and a non-typical at 194".  I believe my yearling Tonto son, Magnum Tonto, is the largest yearling whitetail grown in Northern Minnesota.

I am going to continue to feed the summer mix again this antler growing season and have 9 that will be growing antlers this year.  It will be exciting to see the results this fall.
